On Friday evening we were invited by a friend to join them at their annual church Christmas party dinner. We enjoyed the wonderful turkey dinner with many assorted dishes and home baked deserts, but most of all with the wonderful people there. Everyone was so welcoming and it felt just like Christmas with the spirit of love, thankfulness, and celebration of Jesus' birthday together.
金曜日の夜、友達の招待で教会のチャリテーディナーに行ってきました。おいしいターキーやその他いろんな種類の食事、ホームメイドのデザートなどなど、食事を満喫しました。でも、一番素晴らしかったのは、参加者の人たち！皆で感謝と愛をもってイエスの誕生を祝うことができ本当にクリスマスがきたみたい！
There were a number of different people who took the stage to sing carols and recite the Christmas story and there was even a very humorous but touching puppet show with the reminder of WHO Christmas is about.
いろんな人がステージにたち、キャロルやクリスマスのストーリなど披露しました。でも、人形劇は真のクリスマスの意味を思い起こさせられとても心に触れました。
We were able to do our Christmas performance as well, and once again it felt so good to be able to sing and dance and share happiness with others.ここでも私達のショーを披露しました。皆さんのうれしそうな顔を見るのは、私達も励まされます。
